Thank you for a great review, I am sorry to hear you had a wait, unfortunately there are times that emergency appointments are booked into our day at Old Market Dental Practice, we do our best to notify patients on arrival and of their wait if there would be a delay to their appointment, communication is key at Old Market Dental Practice and we will reflect on this feedback given we would like to think that all patients are aware of their treatment as they sign a consent form to the treatment before it is carried out and that verbally there is a understanding to the next stage in the patients journey

Emergency appointment

I came in as an emergency and was seen within 10 mins, the dentist wasn't my usual one, but I found her to be really friendly and told me all my options before proceeding.
Late that evening she phoned me and asked me to return next morning to check everything was as it should be.
