Awful practice-do not be mislead by good reviews
Last week I booked for some private work, on the basis of the good reviews this practice had. I had to wait 45 minutes, no apologies from the practice manager, the admin staff/ dentist wonderful. But if you can’t sort your own practice out then it’s a cause of concern. Furthermore I heard some if the staff speaking about other patients treatment, I did not feel at ease.

Recent dental appointment
My appointment didn't take place until about 20 minutes after the booked time. This was no delay communicated to me at reception when I arrived. Luckily I had no immediate time constraints. The actual appointment was great, the dentist was really chirpy I had my small filling without an injection so no long recovery time, great!

Dental appointment
Dental surgeon was very friendly on first visit and made me feel at ease, but after that started bein blunt, and offish, as im a very nervous patient this had made me feel reluctant to return, also was stated a price for hole treatment at start of treatment, but once had first part of 3 parts, was told ill have to pay twice the original cost, buy the end of completed treatment!

Always the best service. Gabriel is just the most professional, kind dentist I have ever met. Complete explanations for everything he is doing or recommending. Highly recommended.

My first visit
My first visit. Easy parking outside CoOp. Pleasant surgery, clean and modern. Roy hygienist thorough and taught me proper dental care. Gabriel Stoica dentist was friendly and professional, did full exam with xrays and explained everything. Very pleased with this dental practice.

The best in the area by far
Always friendly and the surgery premises are spotless, bright and airy. The staff are efficient and very professional. A very good ambassador for the NHS. The best in the area by far. 5* Dental practice.
