I cannot thank Gabriel enough, he has been very kind and his patience with me has been fantastic. As a 60 years old lady who has hated visiting the dentist all her life I can now manage to come in alone and have my treatment. Give the man a raise he more than deserves it. Thank you Gabriel very much, words are not enough.

My Dentist, (Teo) is just brilliant. Definitely no complaints there.
My main frustration is with trying to contact the practice. Even though the recorded message offers to give me a call back, it's rarely convenient. It would result in a constant round of missed calls/msgs, then attempts to speak to each other...
I feel that for patient service, and satisfaction, it'd be prudent to have better staffing for this purpose/patient contact. Also, for manyreasons, not keen on the tablet replacing the required forms to be completed on arrival for appt. (I know I'm not alone in this).
It's DEFINITELY not for the patients benefit...??! Plus, when a patient needs assistance, albeit freely given by the helpful receptionist, it takes her away from answering incoming calls (see previous comment re contacting the practice!).
I question the motive for the tablet introduction: ie for whose benefit...?
Surely the practice should be run for the benefit of your patients and not your convenience - as it appears at the moment. Since without our attendance, you would have no business. We are your 'bread and butter', therefore I feel we should be consulted on such changes, having our opinions and choices considered.
I welcome your interest in your patients' views. (As in this). I just hope it's genuine, and that you truly have our interests at heart... ie wanting to provide the best service possible, alongside the excellent care of your dentists.
Of course, this is just my opinion.

Seen pretty much on time and at the end of the day. It was my sons first time in to see Gabrielle on his own as he is now 16, so very grown up, he came out beaming, Gabrielle is so good with him. My husband was happy, as was I. I need follow up treatment as I had cracked a filling. Follow up appointment made really quickly. We cannot praise Gabrielle enough. He is always so professional, very calming and efficient. Feel lucky to have him as our dentist.
