Another (regular) visit to see hygenist Louisa at the practice. Lovely caring atmosphere, and the ability for me to relax into the treatment - something which was not normal for me to do as before I regularly started seeing Louisa I knew I would be subjected to a certain amount of pain!! No pain with Louisa - so I can relax!

My experience
I have no complaints, although I have to return as the fitting was not perfect and have to return for another appointment.

I had a very positive experience. The staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment I arrived. The dentist was gentle and very precise with the treatment, and explained everything clearly so I felt comfortable and reassured throughout. I really appreciated the care and professionalism. Both my Dentist Aarushi and my Hygienist Louise were fantastic! Dentist was super helpful with advice and assistance. Hygienist was excellent, didnt feel any pain at all during the clean!

The whole experience was excellent.
The whole experience was excellent. I was anxious on arrival but greeted by a welcoming and pleasant receptionist. The dentist I saw was so kind, put me at ease straight away, and had total trust in her. The procedure took an hour, but throughout, she explained everything and made the experience a positive one.
