Hygienist
First proper visit to a hygienist and was pleased with the speed of service, the length of treatment and the advice given. Not once was I made to feel guilty about the state of my teeth (which I was worried would happen). Very pleased with how my teeth looked afterwards and looking forward to my next appointment.

This was my first visit to this dental surgery,,
I was very pleasantly surprised, a quiet gentle atmosphere, the staff are very polite pleasant and made my visit very comfortable
The Lady Dr that did my procedure, was very informative, quietly spoken, and put me at ease, explaining in language that was easy for me to understand,
The cost of my forthcoming treatment, was surprisingly better than I had expected.
Ten out of ten , all round

Care and compassion
I went in for an extraction which due to the roots wasn’t particularly easy. I cannot praise Dr. Portelli and her nurse highly enough for their patience, care and compassion. Everything was explained clearly and concisely. It’s always reassuring to know you’re in the best hands. Thank you!

Jaqueline the dentist and her assistant were brilliant undertaking a tricky extraction. Everything explained, patient with the procedure, understanding and supportive regarding nerves. Post op care also well explained. I certainly felt ‘looked after’ which was what was promised.
