My experience
Without any notification, my hygienist appointment was changed from the named person to a locum. Normally my hygienist has an assistant to handle the water suction to keep me comfortable. The locum was not provided with an assistant. She did a good job despite this but the management should have provided one

While we are unable to disclose individual cases due to GDPR, what we can say is the following. Our hygienists typically work without nurse assistance because it is not required for the procedures they perform. We understand that additional support can enhance comfort, and while we may not always have nurse assistance available, we certainly offer this where possible if available. We employ locum staff to cover situations such as sickness or when our regular hygienist is unavailable and we appreciate your patience and understanding in these circumstances.
Regarding the forms, we apologise for any frustration caused by the current system. Due to the format of the system we use, the forms are only sent via phone and not email at this current time. We understand this can be a bit inconvenient and although we rarely experience issues with this process, we will certainly review it and aim to make improvements where possible.

A visit to Sunningdale Dentist is always a positive experience (ignoring the pain I was having investigating). The receptionists, hygienists, nurses and dentists are always very friendly and welcoming. They always explain all options clearly and don’t put you under pressure to make decisions on the spot. Treatment by Chantelle Burgess
My dentist, Chantelle, recently rebuilt three of my front teeth, reshaping and strengthening them as part of the treatment. During my time spent in the dentist chair I was able to fully appreciate the real care, skill and attention to detail she applied to her work.
It is also worth pointing out that, during this fairly long procedure, she regularly found time to check with me that i was fully coping with the process.
I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending her to others.
