My experience
I have to wait 2 weeks for an appointment, I told the receptionist that I have a cavity, so I thought I would be able to have the extraction during the appointment as I have done before. But I was told I have to make another appointment because this appointment is just to assess the tooth. Now I have to wait another 2 weeks for the extraction. I have never had to do this before. This is really poor service. I don’t expect anything to be done with this because there wasn’t any flexibility with the dentist or receptionist. This is a waste of time but I thought it should be said. I am currently looking for another dentist
