Very professional, very gentle

I have had Nikesh as my dentist at the surgery for years. He was recommended to me initially. I could not have found a better dentist in my opinion. Very professional, very gentle and always explains everything. I would recommend him very highly.

I cannot fault anything

I've been going to this dental practice for many years seeing the same dentist (Rakish). He knows I am nervous and always puts me at ease. I cannot fault anything at this dental surgery which includes the reception staff who are so polite and friendly. Would highly recommend with no hesitation.

My experience of the service at Park Lane is that it has always been professional and courteous. I am provided with all the dental hygiene information I require in an accessible format. The dentist is aware of my health condition and manages this well. I have complex dental issues and these health issues are escalated and addressed accordingly. I am always treated with dignity and respect and rate the service highly. Our local community has so many substandard public services. Park Lane Surgery is an example of best practice
