Our dentist Simon is fantastic, and the whole team are welcoming and expert. The new waiting room is a real step down though, not enough seating, not particularly comfortable either, and the tables are small and cheap. I don't like the new answerphone message pushing us to book online rather than over the phone. Disappointing changes by the new owners. Let's hope they let the team get on with their jobs without interfering with that too!

Really helpful and welcoming. My son needed an emergency appointment which was given the next day. Albeit he needed to see a different dentist as his was on holiday Katherine was great and made him feel at ease.
