A very good appointment with Julie. She has cured my previous aversion to hygienist appointments!
I had earlier phoned to switch appointments with my wife and had a very strange "discussion" with the AI "person". when I had finally made myself clear, the AI said "she" would alert Julie and change my December appointment as requested. When I arrived, neither had been done. This is clearly very sophisticated AL but it is very off putting compared to the normal reception and clearly in this case didnt work.

Mr Maclean is an amazing patient dentist with the ability over years of practice to put you at ease .
The new online booking systems does not work so I had to email my availability for a check up. This was dealt with very quickly but the online system was frustrating.

YES VERY GOOD SERVICE AS USUAL, I FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE COMING TO SYNC.
ONE POINT WHICH HAS COME UP A COUPLE OF TIMES IS THAT I HAVE BEEN ASKED TO PAY FOR A TREATMENT I HAD NOT SETTLED LAST YEAR WHICH IS INCORRECT AS I ALWAYS PAY ON THE DAY. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE REMOVE THIS OUTSTANDING PAYMENT FROM MY RECORD.
