I actually love going to this dental practice, Simon Birch is the best dentist you could imagine, very professional, extremely good at his job. All the staff are always smiling, welcoming and helpful. My husband introduced me to the practice and now our daughter goes there with us.
We’ve been talking about relocating for a while but we really need to stay in the area as we can’t imagine finding as good a dentist anywhere else!

Mr Birch is always thorough calming and very approachable. The receptionist, Tris is always warm and welcoming However I don't like what has been done to the once warm and friendly building. It is now cold and clinical and made me feel quite uncomfortable. Simon was once again warm and friendly and put me at my ease. However the waiting room has changed out of all recognition. The feeling is sterile and cold and makes me think of changing my dentist.

I was pleasantly surprised that I was granted a same day appointment having reported a broken tooth resulting in the collapse of a 3 tooth bridge. My second surprise that, unlike some health institutions, the treatment was carried out there and then, well into the late afternoon/early evening.
My third surprise was the cost. Any mention of "bridges" or other complications usually leads to 4 figure remedies but on this occasion the "damage" was in the low 3 figures.
Love to say I'll be back soon, but hopefully only for a regular checkup.

The receptionists at Sync Dental Guildford are always so warm and welcoming. They are efficient and very polite. An asset to your business.
I am lucky in the fact that I have known Mr Birch for over 30 years! He is a wonderful dentist. Always so positive, discusses everything with me. Explains the options for any treatment needed, he's kind and very gentle.
To whoever is reading this...the old name of The Gables felt much nicer.

Excellent. I was in a lot of pain. I was able to make an appointment for the next day, seen on time and a solution to the problem discussed and found. Start of process started, pain gone, very pleased. I was treated with care in a pleasant atmosphere. I hate going to the dentist so very this for me is a result!!👏.
