Lovely staff. Ian and Julie are the best. My daughter who has coffin-Siris syndrome +autism, has been under Ian cares since she was a little girl, she's now 37 years old and she's always had such good care and understanding from Ian and his team.
Let's hope not too much changes with this lovely friendly family orientated practice.
Visited yesterday with my daughter for hygenist appointment with Julie who is absolutely lovely.
Things have changed. It's definitely more of a business now than the family friendly place it was under Ian.
Reception is a rather cold staff wise. No chit chat or niceties which is a shame but I guess as long as treatments are good that all that matters
Ian will be sorely missed.

This is my third attempt. I was treated yesterday, not today by Simon and Karen. The treatment was excellent. Your receptionist was friendly and efficient.
I think Mr McLean should have written to patients advising the prospective change of ownership and the implications of this for me, a patient. Instead Sync wrote that the change had taken place with no explanation.
