Friendly manner towards patients

An emergency appointment
It was an emergency appointment which I could only book for the day after I called - not ideal for an emergency. However the advice received and proposed treatment plan was good and thorough. Being honest, not convinced the 20 mins I was in was actually good value.

Fantastic
I saw Julie for a clean and she was absolutely fantastic. One of the best hygienists I have ever been to - not just in her approach to cleaning, but in her manner as well. She was incredibly thorough, and removed buildup that likely was missed by previous hygienists. Thank you, and I will now be a regular.
