I’ve come across this dental clinic after a series of disappointing experiences elsewhere. The customer service here is excellent, and more importantly, the dentist was able to identify and fix the problem (something other clinics had failed to do) which finally relieved my pain.
They were also able to diagnose the cause of my sister’s constant pain after she had similarly bad experiences with other dentists, including a traumatic procedure that left her frightened of dental treatments. However, the staff here managed to put her at ease and helped her regain trust in dentists. She later told me how surprised she was that the treatment was neither painful nor scary at all.
My most recent experience was incredible as well. During the treatment, I was given smart glasses that allowed me to watch a movie on my phone, which made the whole experience relaxing and entertaining - it kinda felt like “me time.”
This is definitely going to be our family dentist from now on.

I've had a life long fear of dentists, and Dr Krish is the first one I've ever found that I really trust. Always good quality work, attention to detail and modern practices. Very friendly staff who are great with my kids when I bring them for check ups too. Would recommend.

I cannot recommend this practice enough. I’ve only just started my dental journey with Cheam Village Dental Studio, and prior to this I hadn’t visited the dentist for way over ten years. The fear of the dentist was immense, and I would feel sick even talking about it. I was so anxious at my first appointment that I cried, but when I say that Cheam Village Dental is the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist, I mean it. Everybody is so lovely and welcoming. There is no judgment, just understanding and compassion. I never have to explain myself because there has been communication between practitioners beforehand and they have read my notes. Every interaction is so personable and I no longer fear booking a dentist appointment which is such a relieving feeling after being terrified for so long. I’m so glad I made my first appointment and if I ever move, I will travel far and wide for this practice. Absolutely 10/10 experience.

I came to Cheam Village Dental Studios because of the 5* reviews and being halfway through the procedure for a front tooth implant I can see why they receive this rating. My first phone call with Lindsay in reception was such a good introduction to the type of service you receive as a patient of Dr Krishan Patel. He is very kind and caring and really puts you at ease. He explains every procedure thoroughly and follows it up with an email. Lindsay rings the day after a procedure to check how you are and always greets you in reception, by name, with a warm friendly smile. I feel they go the extra mile.
