Calm and welcoming
I was early for my appointment but I was seen promptly. Reception staff were very friendly, as were the dental nurses and dentist himself. I found the premises to be very clean and tidy with a calm and welcoming atmosphere.

Very professional
After my appointment on the 26nd August I found it very professional, I understand the need for all my scrutiny of my medication. Just a pity I couldn't have the other 2 teeth out. I look forward to mt next appointment.

It was my first appointment today. I was apprehensive, but I needn't have been. The staff greeting me at the reception desk were lovely. I was then called into the dentist. Both the dentist and dental nurse were lovely. Made me feel at ease and explained everything.

Cwmtawe Dental Practice
Today was my first time to meet the hygienist and I was anxious. However, I needn't have been. She was outstanding in her approach from start to finish, and did everything in her power to encourage me to relax. Also very informative. Great ambassador for the practice!
