Had a fall yesterday, and discovered this morning I had chipped a repaired crown. I explained what had happened and asked for an appointment., I was told I would be seen because I had suffered trauma. Didn't have long to wait and was seen by Portia, who is lovely. She quickly looked at my tooth and was able to repair it. So pleased I was able to be seen and treated today. Thank you.

My experience
Very pleased with the hygienist. However, she had a lot of work to do as it’s 11 months since my last hygienist appointment as the practice cancelled my last appointment and I had to wait another 4 months for an appointment. I pay for DenPlan and think so there should be a system in place if one of the staff are ill so that someone else can carry out the work.
