Great friendly practice.

Pleased with the service, easy to communicate.

After a lifetime with the NHS we had to find a private provider having moved back to the Swansea Valley. The practice came highly recommended and has lived up to expectation. Simeon Davies and his team are welcoming and very professional.

Had three filings this morning, dentist and dental nurse superb, made me feel relaxed and a fantastic treatment completed.

The dentist Patrick was lovely, has a calming manner.

Brilliant dentist and he was lovely, was in agony walking in there but he fixed it for me.

Pleasant and efficient staff.

Was listened to and treated well, left feeling relieved, with appropriate treatment.

What an amazing professional and patient centred service from Patrick, Jess and the lovely receptionists (apologies I didn’t get your names). I was booked in for an emergency appointment via NHS 111 after suffering from horrendous nerve pain. I was met by the 2 staff on reception who were friendly and professional. I was seen on time introduced by Patrick the dentist to himself and Jess the Dental Nurse. A history was taken, 2 X-rays and some gentle prodding diagnosed a cavity in my wisdom tooth that was causing the severe nerve pain I had been experiencing. Patrick talked me through the x-rays and suggested removal of the tooth the best option. I think I was in shock as I wasn’t expecting that and the last time I had a wisdom tooth removed in the dentist I nearly fainted! Without further ado I was back in the chair-has some anaesthetic cream prior to the anaesthetic injections-which meant I really didn’t feel any discomfort during the injections after a couple of minutes for the anaesthetic to take effect and a test to see if my mouth was numb I was reassured to let Patrick know if I experienced any pain at any time. Within a minute the tooth was out-i didn’t feel any pain just slight pressure and was amazed it was removed so painlessly and quickly. To say that Patrick had a kind, professional and patient centred approach is a understatement what a lovely person completely put me at ease. I would highly recommend Patrick, Jess and the Practice and will now join them as a private patient for future check ups and treatment. Thank you all at CwmTawe Dental Practice.
