Amazing
The dentist was great, made me feel at ease and usually I remember feeling the anaesthetic needle when I was younger but I didn’t feel a thing. I braced for pain but there was none, I can’t see my filling. She is an absolute wizard! Amazing, thank you!

The dentist my mum saw today was lovely. Very friendly, explained everything he was doing and put my mum of 86 years at ease. (Who does not like going to the dentist).

Filling replacement
The filling was replaced efficiently and painlessly. The only problem was the wait time for an appointment - requested in November, appointment made for late January as earliest possible. I was in no pain so not a great problem.

Thank you for the review, unfortunately we are in a similar position to the rest of the nation, a shortage of NHS dentists, so we are unable to offer appointments quickly to complete treatment, which is frustrating to us as well as all of our pts. We currently have 1 NHS dentist here, despite trying to recruit for the past 18 months, so we can only apologise for the wait.
