The dentist was amazing
Brilliant service, I rang as an emergency from 111 and all staff were great. The dentist was amazing, explained everything and really put me at ease! He agreed to remove the tooth and this was smooth and he talked me through the whole process as I was nervous! Definitely recommend.

Perfectly good service from start to finish. 5 star

However very annoyed at being struck off your NHS list and then slapped with an astronomical bill of £1,500.
Entirely my fault for not continuing my regular check ups but numerous issues have taken precedent over the last 4 years, and not once did I receive a notice that I would be struck off if I did not attend. Very underhand, I think. 0 stars

I’m not normally one to make the effort for reviews, but I have had a lifelong fear of dental work. Although I still get anxious, I have only had amazing experiences at Clydach. Tara and her dental assistant always check in to make sure I’m okay during procedures and even remind me to breathe and relax. I wouldn’t have anyone else after being lucky to have them.

Once again, my visit to Cwmtawe Dental Surgery was very good. Simeon and his caring dental nurse were first class in their approach to my treatment and their ongoing planning was excellent.
The Dental receptionists were most helpful, friendly and professional. Always a lovely atmosphere there.
