Friendly, put me at ease
Patrick and Danielle were polite and friendly, put me at ease as dentists aren't my favourite people. Patrick is gentle and has a sense of humour.

Really very pleasant
Staff on reception really very pleasant and eager to give information payments. Within minutes I was sitting in the dentist's chair, dentist explained exactly what was going to be done, was very professional and was wished a merry Christmas, lots of people can't be bothered these days. So thank you.
