My experience

Very efficient friendly receptionist. I filled in forms before visit dentist hadn’t read them. Did not accommodate my back problem and said to wait and see what happens to crack in my filling. I found this worrying. I thought check up was to prevent problems!!! But mainly the fact I am unable to have a polish as hygienist only works Thursday morning. I work on a Thursday and cannot have time off. I am paying for a service that cannot be provided. So will be looking at other options in regard to dental insurance and other providers.

Emergency apopintment

I managed to get an appointment due to an emergency straight away. The staff emailed twice and phoned once to make sure I remembered.
The dentist was reassuring and kind.

The reception area has been changed, I could not see any reason for this as it has not made any difference and most importantly I saw a new dentist who I was not confident with.

Thank you for your review. The old reception area was in poor condition, too dark, uncomfortable and torn seating. A larger reception desk, was needed as we can be busy at times, so this is why the owners of the practice wanted to rectify this.
Looking through the comments, a number of pts have expressed there joy that the practice has been updated.
Secondly, if you would like to contact me and discuss your experience of visiting the dentist that you had no confidence in, i would appreciate it, as any feedback we receive is helpful.

Broken tooth

Called this morning with a broken tooth and it was fixed by lunchtime, Tara is a a great dentist, puts you at ease and gives you good advice about looking after your teeth and will not do unnecessary work. All the staff and friendly and helpful.

Appointment
