I had an appointment next Monday, but I got a phone call asking if I could fill a cancellation. About ten am I was asked if I could get there for twelve. By 12.20 I had seen the dentist and had an extra treatment. Brilliant service thank you Amber Valley dental practice.

My experience
Greeted at the reception with a welcome and friendly smile. As a nervous patient I was made to feel at ease from a personal greeting from an assistant that guided me and explained the route to the room for my examination. Nadia was welcoming and made me feel at ease throughout the examination. I had several concerns, which we discussed and I had the opportunity to rate my treatment due to my concerns and what is bothering me! Overall the whole experience was made comfortable. Thank you.

Excellent service
I phoned with a painful tooth. Amy found me an appointment for the next day, she was very helpful and understanding.
The dentist listened to me, spent time sorting out my problem, was very patient and gave me advice of what I needed to do. Excellent service all round.
