I fully recommend Amber Valley Dental Practice. I came to the practice 15 years ago after a traumatic experience at another dentist. I explained my low pain threshold and that I have a phobia about dentists. The dentist, Nadia Duarte, listened sympathetically and since then has been considerate, kind and very conscious of my needs. She has stopped my severe gum disease from getting any worse and referred me to Sheffield Dental Hospital for further treatment. My phobia of dentists has been reduced, I am comfortable with her and have every confidence in her professionalism.
Although I now live 200 miles away I still have Nadia as my dentist. She always goes out of her way to accommodate my long travelling distance. She’s a star! I don’t want to go to any other dentist!
I also want to praise Leanne and Emma, the dental nurses who have treated me, as they are also kind, considerate and a great laugh. They make the experience very relaxed. Michelle and Amy, the receptionists are very friendly and welcoming and also consider my travel needs. I get lots of reminders from them about my appointments.
My confidence in going to the dentist has grown enough that I have undergone teeth whitening and Invisalign teeth straightening. The Invisalign has been amazing! It was very easy and painless and excellent value for money as I now have the confidence to smile fully and not be concerned about what my teeth look like.

Visited this dental practice this morning for my first appointment, I was very impressed by the standards of care both with the dentist I saw and the reception staff. They are all very caring and professional. I need quite a bit of work doing including fillings and an extraction, and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

Aman has been treating me for a while now, I have been very nervous of dental treatment as I've had a bad experience elsewhere, Aman has allayed my fear and allowed me to proceed at my own pace ,he has brought my teeth back to the healthiest they can be , and shown me how to look after the ones I have left, I'm totally OK now with visiting the dentist thanks to Aman can't thank him enough
