Popped in to request an urgent appointment due to some toothache and was offered an appointment within 2 hours. Appointment was on time and the dentist took an x ray and inspected my tooth and then kindly and politely offered the options available to me. Great experience.

Lovely first meeting with Ashleigh.
Good communication and put me at ease during my visit. I am a nervous dental patient and Ashleigh was respectful of this and explained the whole examination and the future dental plan very clearly. I shall not worry about going back for my treatment in October.

As someone who has always been very anxious about visiting the dentist, I wanted to leave a review to reassure others that calm and stress free dental experiences are possible.
I saw Nadia today and she was incredible. She took the time to listen to my concerns before starting, explained everything clearly throughout the appointment, and regularly checked that I was OK. This level of communication made such a difference to how comfortable I felt.
Everyone at Amber Valley Dental is friendly, supportive and welcoming. The practice has a calm and reassuring atmosphere and the team genuinely care about patients and their wellbeing - the staff on reception go above and beyond to help.
I would highly recommend the practice, especially to anyone that can feel nervous about visiting the dentist.

A really positive experience
The hygienist and nurse were so compassionate and caring during my cleaning, making sure I was comfortable and asking permission to proceed with each step. The hygienist was very complimentary and positive about the steps I'd taken to improve my oral hygiene. I'm autistic and struggle with lots of aspects of health care and so this was a really positive experience. Thank you.
