Hygienist very thorough and advised I needed a deep clean every 3 months due to the severity of my gum disease. When I went to book it receptionist said I needed to see the dentist first before I can make another appointment (I saw a dentist in September). Often the dentist appointments are cancelled and there are further delays so I can foresee I won’t be getting the hygienist appointment at that point. My niggle is the advice from the hygienist is not supported by the reception staff. The hygienist gave great advice.

Was rung by practice to see if I wanted to bring my appointment forward as they had had a cancellation. I arrived and didn't have long to wait before I went in to see the dentist. Had my check up and was given a choice if I wanted a small filling replaced or to leave it. I left it for now as not in any pain. The dentist and his assistant were both very friendly.
