Went over and above to help me
I visited the Dentist on 20.11.24. I am disabled and was having a particularly bad day due to my breathing problem. The receptionist was so helpful and went over and above to help me walk down to the dentist surgery and provided me with a chair in the corridor so that I could sit for a moment to catch my breath and then proceeded to help me down to the dentist's office. The dentist and the nurse were very understanding as well and suggested that it didn't matter how many times I cancelled if I needed to and were extremely patient with me. I really felt like they couldn't have done any more or been more helpful.
