Only 4 stars because the Dentist is my least favourite place. A great experience today 18/12. Abdul was patient and gentle and most of all understanding of my fear. I have only seen him twice and his approach very professsional. The reception staff especially Amy and Michele have been great and been able to change my appointments to fit around a funeral. A very nice service, I am a NHS patient.

I cannot praise the practice enough.
Amy always makes me feel calm when I arrive and is always so supportive and understanding.
Nadia and is the most professional and kind dentist and always talks me through everything that is happening to ensure I’m comfortable.
Emma and Abi are also amazing and reassuring.

Have been a patient at this practice for a few years now and could not praise them enough. The staff are all very friendly, very understanding and always do their best to help with appointments. My husband has received more actual treatment than I have, but he has always been completely satisfied with it, and says, it doesn't hurt! We would recommend them whole heartedly to anyone looking for an excellent practice.

Excellent practice.
Just visited after breaking a tooth on a boiled sweet. Yes I should have sucked it but couldn’t resist chewing down on it hard and breaking one of my molars 🦷. Anyway went to dentist crying in pain (52 year old man baby ) and managed to get booked in the following day which I was more than happy with.
Amy the receptionist who (rightly) wasn’t sympathetic at all at the fact that a 52 year old who should’ve known better than to gronch a hard boiled sweet went above and beyond to help me out. Amy, you are a star ⭐️ and thank you for your help.
Was going to attach a photo of the boiled sweet but managed to finish it off using the other good teeth.

With all the bad publicity dentists get these days, I can’t fault Swanwick dental practice (Pentrich road) at all. My son had a bad tooth, they got him in with a same day appointment and sorted his pain. Absolutely fab service!! 5
