Myself husband and children are registered with Nadia, she is fantastic as are the whole team. They are kind reassuring and very patient with my nerves, absolutely fantastic with my children too, thank you so much

Absolutely fantastic service, from the friendly welcome on reception and throughout appointments! Today especially, my very nervous daughter was completely put at ease by Abbie and Megan while she received 2 fillings, cannot praise this team highly enough!

A friendly dentist and most importantly an extremely good one.
Had my crown done there, no looking back.

Excellent practice.
Just visited after breaking a tooth on a boiled sweet. Yes I should have sucked it but couldn’t resist chewing down on it hard and breaking one of my molars 🦷. Anyway went to dentist crying in pain (52 year old man baby ) and managed to get booked in the following day which I was more than happy with.
Amy the receptionist who (rightly) wasn’t sympathetic at all at the fact that a 52 year old who should’ve known better than to gronch a hard boiled sweet went above and beyond to help me out. Amy, you are a star ⭐️ and thank you for your help.
Was going to attach a photo of the boiled sweet but managed to finish it off using the other good teeth.

With all the bad publicity dentists get these days, I can’t fault Swanwick dental practice (Pentrich road) at all. My son had a bad tooth, they got him in with a same day appointment and sorted his pain. Absolutely fab service!! 5

I am very impressed with the practice as I have requested a couple of short notice appointments and on both occasions they have got me in,special thanks to Amy and of course Nadia who gave me reassurance about a recent problem,and of course thanks to all other staff that I have dealt with,who are always friendly and professional.Jan Collett

Today I took my 14yo autistic daughter to the dentist. She is usually very nervous and struggles with the experience. The friendly relaxed atmosphere of the waiting room put her at ease, which continued through to seeing Nadia the dentist. Nadia and the dental nurse put her at ease, and carefully explained everything they were going to do, including testing, checking and testing again before proceeding. The colour in the room and radio in the background was an extra element that further helped her relax. She’s looking forward to going back to Nadia the Nice dentist. Thankyou.

I recently visited the dental practice for a routine check up. This was my first visit and as I have always feared going to the dentist in the past, I was extremely nervous. I should not have worried. Nadia was so patient and gentle, putting me completely at ease, explaining everything as she went along. The whole team including the receptionists and dental nurse were also very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

At the age of 54 I probably shouldn’t be troubled by an increasingly loose baby tooth plus a visible gap where an adult tooth hasn’t shown up, but that was the situation. Due to a job change and going into panic mode that the loose tooth may fall out…along with the potential stress of being called ‘gappy’ by new work colleagues…I asked if a bridge could be fast tracked to fit the existing gap before my new employment commenced. Any health related assessment and procedure can take time, however the dentist filled me in on what needed to be done and brushed aside any distractions which enamelled the job to be done in record time. When the day came for the bridge to be fitted I nearly lost my nerve and braced myself for some pain but there was no need, my dentist distracted me by talking about his holiday in Fluorida! Ok, I’ll stop with the puns! I’m absolutely delighted with the work completed to fit my bridge, I literally can’t stop smiling due to no more gap! Thank you to Amy on reception for going above and beyond in getting the bridge ordered and delivered in record time and my dentist for carrying out all the work needed with diligence and care plus keeping me fully informed of the dentistry required. Great service, I can now confidently start my new job. You both deserve a plaque….doh!

The whole team at the practice go above and beyond to make visits to the dentist a lot easier to deal with. As an extremely nervous patient all the staff are fantastic at providing a calm setting. Nadia explains everything that needs to be done really clearly and puts me at ease.
