My experience
The Dentist I saw was very efficient (and quick), but unfortunately she didn't exhibit any social skills. I can't recall her name, the inspection was very quick, with her relaying comments to the dental nurse to put into my notes. I was aware that she was finding areas of my gums that were bleeding. After the inspection I was informed I had gingivitis and would need to see the hygienist. The dentists I have seen previously have undertaken the hygiene requirements during my appointment. The dentist informed me that she 'didn't have time'.
I found the whole 5 minute experience not up to the standard usually given at Swinnow Road practice. The dentist had very little verbal interaction, or social skills. I found her curt verging on rude. Maybe her role would be better with an NHS practice which I left to seek private treatment that offered a more person centred experience. (I have been with the practice about 3 years and my experience to date has been excellent).

Amazing, kind and reassuring
Tooth infection- I am an extremely anxious patient and every time I attend this practice the staff are simply wonderful, so reassuring, calming and understanding. I would never use another dental practice again, Rebecca the dentist is simply amazing, kind and reassuring while also being very professional and thorough. Very reasonable pricing as well. Would give 6 stars if I could

Excellent service, everyone is so warm and welcoming. The hygienist is amazing and totally puts you at ease. The ladies on reception are lovely. I would never go anywhere else

My experience
I had an emergency appointment after having toothache for a couple of days, the consultation included an examination, an x-ray, an anesthetic and then a clean. £150 paid. When the anesthetic had worn off, and I am suffering the same pain I went for.
