I found this practice as it was one of the first that could find that opened during Covid. I needed emergency treatment and have stayed with them ever since. In fact my husband and children have also moved dentists after my experience. We have found every dentist, hygienist, nurse and receptionist knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Every appointment that any of us has had has been thorough, with all concerns addressed and we have never felt rushed. I would definitely recommend this dental practice. Thank you to all of the staff.

We brought our daughter for an emergency appointment in September 2020, during the hight of the pandemic. The staff were really lovely with my daughter and made her feel comfortable and happy to have treatment.
We felt safe with regards to the Covid precautions at the time. Since then, my family have all registered at the practice and we are really impressed with the care we have received.
Rebecca talked through everything with my daughter and explained what she was going to do as she was quite nervous. This put her mind at ease and has helped with future appointments as she always explains what she is going to do and why. It’s the same for the rest of us also, everything is discussed and if we have any questions that are always happy to answer.
Booking appointments is always easy, I can highly recommend Richard & Rebecca and Swinnow Road Dental.

Telephoned the practice for myself for a direct hygiene appointment the receptionist was so lovley got me in same day due to a cancellation I will be registering as patient the hygienist was lovley so was the nurse really calming freindly atmosphere
