I needed an emergency appointment. I am very nervous about the dentist and hate going but Lukman made me feel very comfortable and assured the whole time. I am back for treatment later in the week and already feel 1000x more relaxed

A huge thank you for their patience and care
After putting off the dentist for a long time, I came to Swinnow and asked for a smile makeover. During the consultation (and subsequent visits) I was told I needed 2 teeth extracted, plus other treatment before anything else could be started. I have massive anxiety about going to the dentist but was given the option of sedation (which I took) and the information about the procedure provided was clear thorough. On the day of the extraction, I had a panic attack in the dentists room, but the anaesthetist and dental nurse were so reassuring, calmly talking me through everything and going at my pace.
They held my hands throughout and made me feel more relaxed the longer I was there.
Lukman was absolutely brilliant and took care of me throughout the whole procedure, which took less time than originally expected.
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone at Swinnow Dental Practice for their patience and care yesterday.
