My experience
Just a check up on this occasion and the Service was good as was the advice given, which is my usual experience. However I was kept waiting for 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be seen. No explanation initially and I had to ask how long it would be. I had taken time off work so this did cause some problems. The reason was that some emergency appointments had been slotted in. This happens but I could have been informed or given the option to reschedule the appointment in advance.

Miss Khan is not only very professional but puts her patients at immediate ease. She explains every step and always comes up with a plan. I was sad when I went in but an awful lot happier when I left. I look forward to seeing her again.
