Satisfying service
My husband is suffering with arthritis in his knee & has difficulty walking at the moment. One of the receptionists helped him to the surgery which we thought was very kind. Our appointment was for 10 am but we were called in at 9.50. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service.

Welcoming and great communication
My first dental checkup in five years. I was welcomed with smiles and no judgement by the reception staff, the nurse Claire and dental therapist Nandini. During checkup Nandini walked me through the issues with my teeth and gums and what would help me to look after them better. When extra cleaning was recommended, Nandini made all options clear and how much they'd cost, whilst letting me have time to think my options through. When it was time to pay, reception also made it clear how much it would cost and why. Thank you all for your care, you were great today.

Happily recommend this Practice
My first Appointment at Tamworth House and i was seen by Dr Iffat Khan. She was very polite and explained what she would be doing. The seat went back and the examination was carried out. On conclusion, I was told that a descale was needed. I was given protective glasses and that procedure was carried out. Dr Khan then said that she wanted a couple of X Rays which were done without discomfort and that concluded the Examination. I was asked if all was ok from my point of view to which I replied that all was good and there was no discomfort from the work she had carried out. I then made another appointment for 6 months later.
The consultation went well and I was happy with every aspect of my visit, from Reception to Treatment and back to Reception. I will happily recommend this Practice on the experience of my Treatment.
