Communications are excellent with offers of earlier appointments than your booked appointment if you want them. Reception staff are always friendly and efficient.
Dentist and dental nurses do a great job and are very reassuring. Take the time to listen and make you feel at ease :)

Really happy with the new crown
I recently had a new crown fitted by Dr Vishali who is very professional and very friendly! Herself and nurse Rox made me feel very relaxed and calm throughout the treatment. I am really happy with the new crown and service I received! Dr Vishali even managed to get my new crown even quicker than usual for which I was very grateful.

In terms of my experience of being at the appointments it been nothing but perfect and canceling my appointment amor rescheduling has been fine. However, getting a refund was where I had my problem. I was able to get a refund for one of my appointments on the 1st of April. I gave them my bank details. After, asking for my details. They called me back 5 minutes later to ask for them again because they never actually wrote them down. Furthermore, I had to call back up because my refund was running late. When I called back after an extra week of waiting That had not even started the refund process and so I had to do everything again (give them my details, them let me know it'll be with me in 10 working etc). I'll update this if I actually get my refund this time or if I have to call up to do the exact same thing
EDIT: This is a very late response as I forgot about this review. But, the top guy basically contacted me and sorted it all out quick and sharp. So, I'll raise my starts to 4

I’ve been a patient of Tamworth House Dental Practice for nearly 2 years now. Historically I have been petrified of the dentist, and my initial visit was for a cracked tooth, and feared even calling to book the appointment. But the care, attention, and hospitality of all the staff here is second to none. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming and inviting. I have continued with regular treatment and now on an Invisalign journey.
I never fear jumping into the chair now, the team are so attentive, calm, and really strive to provide the best possible care. I really cannot compare this practice to anyone other I’ve used previously as they are in a totally different league.
My Dentist is Vishali Sharma, and is supported by a huge team (I wish I could name them all)! So big thank you to all the team that support the practice and making my journey so positive! You’re all diamonds!
