Review of visit
I had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment that was booked to be seen. But the dentist and the assistant were really good. Really helpful and polite. They were both pleasant and made me and my partner feel very welcome. Excellent customer service.

A lovely welcome
It’s my first appointment at this dental practice and I found their appointment system very easy to navigate online with prior text to remind me & confirm my appointment. They also texted for other possible earlier slots available that became available. The receptionist is friendly and warm. The dentist and her assistant were very friendly and informative. I only had a general check up which was efficiently conducted. Overall a great first impression and I look forward to my next appointment for a deep clean treatment.

After bad experiences at other dentists I would definitely recommend coming here. My dentist Iffat K was absolutely amazing. I’m now staying with her and this practice. Highly recommend truly amazing service.

Check-up and deep clean
Dr G Dhillon is truly wonderful. She has changed my whole attitude and fear if visits. She talks, explains, understands and relaxes me. Tamworth House Dental Practice is amazing.

First visit and very dissatisfied. Gone in with excruciating pain with my wisdom tooth and they couldn’t do x-rays as the machine was broke they said they need to refer me to the hospital to have it taken out, but could be waiting months, this pain is affecting my day to day life but they don’t seem to listen

Unfortunately not always you can have the extraction done in the Practice due to many factors. Unfortunately as a Practice we don't have the influence on waiting time for the appointment in the Hospital.
