Tried to do their best for me
The hygienist was very professional. She discovered an abscess and personally helped arrange an emergency dental appointment.
The dentist was also very professional she examined me took an x-ray and prescribed antibiotics and a follow-up appointment. She took extra time to put me at ease as I felt concerned about it.
I felt they had really tried to do their best for me. They are both an asset to the practice as I feel I am in the hands of people who care. This is something you don’t often find now.

Wonderfull from reception to dental nurse and dentist I cannot speak more highly they are so understanding of me being terrified and they calm me down and are so patient with me . Cannot fault them at all .

My experience
I had an appointment booked that had previously been cancelled. When I attended I was told I would need to pay for another consultation as the appointment was outside of the time period since my initial consultation. You changed the dates as the dentist wasn’t available but tried to charge me again. I even had text messages to prove the cancellation but your receptionist didn’t know what to do. This isn’t the first time this has happened. It seems Tamworth practice is completely disorganised. A lady agreed in the waiting room this also happened to her.

Always polite. The boys always a bit more unsure but the amount of different dentists they have had, takes awhile to feel comfortable, but she always tries her best with them.

My dentist Vishali is such a lovely lady, helpful, gentle, kind, makes you feel at ease, I feel as if I've known her for years and years as she's so friendly. The gentleman in reception is very professional and explains things easily.
