My experience

Receptionist not that helpful when first available appointment was not convenient for me, looked like he pulled a face and then couldn’t find an alternative. Also didn’t like I had to pay £20 towards the next appointment which was in 3 months time.

I got an emergency appointment within 24 hours.
My dentist (Judit) expressed concern for my trauma and clearly explained my care plan, both sort and longer term.

My dentist is so good

My dentist is so good. She really puts me at ease (I’m a nervous patient) she explains things and advises me how to look after my teeth. She has made a big difference to my oral health.
