The staff at the practice are all very helpful and friendly. The dentists are friendly and give you the best advice they can. The practice is very clean.

My experience

Being told that I am no longer allowed to be seen by a nhs dentist and being forced to go private. Was not happy with how the receptionist dealt with this and that he wasnt prepared to listen or be helpful.

My experience

Very disappointed with my visit yesterday. I am unsure as to why your practice accepts nhs patients when all you try to do is push dental plans and private work. FYI nhs dental patients are nhs for a reason because they cannot afford private treatment. My denture also requires repair which the dentist did not want to do. I now have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment for an impression to be made. Not acceptable I am afraid!

Very pleased with the treatment this morning, but am now confused as to whether I will be able to be seen again as a NHS patient, as I was unable to book another appointment and did not understand the options.
