The staff are always very friendly, professional and welcoming, weirdly, I can say I look forward to visiting!
I started attending Teviot Dental Practice last summer following a number of awful experiences with the dental practice in Galashiels I have been with since childhood.
My childhood dental practice was bought and is now part of a large group, I lost all trust in that practice and feel very lucky to have been recommended Teviot Dental Practice.
At each appointment, before and after any procedures and even in between appointments, the service has been exceptional.
The surgery itself is clean and professional but not overly clinical which feels nice.
I am midway through the first lot of procedures required, each stage has been explained fully by my dentist, Gareth Lavery.
Gareth has made certain I have understood what the options are and that I am happy. He always explains what he will do, is doing and if things don’t go to plan, what will happen.
I also commend Teviot Dental Practice, being able to book ongoing or forward treatment appointments without requiring forward payment before being given the appointment, is commendable.
Mutual trust and respect are lacking in so many businesses these days, Teviot Dental Practice are a refreshing change. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, efficient and professional service.
