Great treatment from Hazel, makes you feel at ease.

I can’t rate this practice highly enough. They are kind, caring and compassionate. In my last practice I never saw the same staff twice and the emphasis was on payment payment payment - I found the staff obstructive - what a breath of fresh air it is to visit this practice.
It has a very welcoming feel.
Every member of staff I have encountered has been professional, knowledgable and friendly.
The dentist I have seen is fantastic. Explains everything and is very thorough but gentle. The dental nurse is also so kind and reassuring, it makes a real difference.
I had to have a filling rebuilt (due to age and other factors - a large onlay had come off and part of my tooth was broken), I could almost have fallen asleep during the procedure I was so comfortable and relaxed.

I need quite a bit of work done and have recently been seen as an emergency patient too, again the service was exceptionally good.
How bizarre it is to say that I’m almost looking forward to my root canal treatment which is booked soon?!
This is coming from a person who isn’t so much in fear of the dentist but having been critically unwell, I hate to have anything near my face or in my mouth following a traumatic prolonged induced sedation for sepsis.
Also a shout out to Layna one of the hygienists - again very professional and knowledgable, she is ever so enthusiastic about helping her patients keep good oral health but in a friendly and non judgemental manner.
All in all Teviot Dental Practice really does give five star service.

Just had my yearly checkup at Teviot Dental Practice in Hawick, been with this practice since I came to Hawick in1976 staff may have changed over the years but the service and care is still the best thank you.

It was an emergency appointment. I was seen by my dentist as soon as was possible. Reassurance and a plan put in place. Just have to wait.

My first visit here today for a consultation. Very welcoming and pleasant office with friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff.

The staff are friendly. I had broken my front teeth and Gareth done a really good job mending them wouldn’t even no they’d been broken. Would recommend to anyone that needs a dentist.

Excellent service in a friendly atmosphere and contemplative decor

My wife and I recently registered at Teviot Dental after Christiane and Leane had moved from our previous dentist. We were made extremely welcome and the staff were all delightful. Initial check up was very efficient. It made our dentist visit an enjoyable experience. Thank you team

I travel a long way for my dental/hygienist appointments, but it is worth it. All staff are welcoming, helpful, supportive and professional. The hygienist did job well and also gave advice which I was very happy to receive.

My experience at Teviot Dental today was very positive. Timings were good, everyone was welcoming, friendly and welcoming. The dentist, Gareth Lavery, explained things to me. Overall it was a comfortable experience.

Last appointment for my molar root treatment completed. Can't sing the praises of Chris and Laura highly enough. They make a great team in whom I always have great confidence. Highly recommended.

I had an urgent appointment and was slotted in very quickly.
On arrival the Dentist Dr Lavery described what he was going to do, did it, told me what he'd done. He was unlike other dentists I'd had in the past and he communicated with me all the way through the procedure, taking time between each new procedure to let me know how it had gone and what they, he and the Dental Nurse, were going to do next. Excellent service.
