Excellent examination by impressive new dentist. But check-in procedure beforehand had been difficult. I hadn't been able to log in to the online form via the emailed link because it wanted my mobile number -- not in current use. Why not email address? So I had to type in complex medical history and medication at the counter on an unfamiliar touch-screen while people were waiting. Very bad new system.

I’ve found this to be an efficient dental practice with excellent levels of communication from the admin staff.
I certainly couldn’t wish for a better dentist than Imogen; she provides detailed information about the treatment, and is a skilled and caring practitioner who instills a high level of trust and confidence in her ability.
