Friendly and helpful
The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The dentist, Vanisha, was also very friendly, helpful and professional. She gave me detailed information, advice and options on the way forward for my dental problems.

I was treated with respect
Visited the Dental Hygienist today, fully prepared to be feel patronised, told off like a child, come away with bleeding and painful gums and pay through the nose for the experience. So I was pleasantly surprised when none of this happened- in fact I was treated with respect and some helpful information given about how I could improve my dental health. Yes some pain due to my sensitive gums but all in all not what I was expecting. Obviously some pain to my wallet!

My experience
Friendly staff. Examination experience friendly and efficient. Dentist asked if I would like plaque removal from teeth which I agreed to and treatment was efficient. However it was not made clear before the procedure took place that it would be at a cost of £50. Had I been aware of this I would not have agreed to this treatment. My husband had the same experience. This has exacerbated some financial difficulties. It should be made clear that patients should be made clear, before agreeing to on the spot treatment, that it is chargeable.
