Treated with respect, care and very professional but very friendly. Cannot fault the dentistry but costs are out of many people's reach so they will let their teeth become very poor

My experience
It would have been helpful to have a scale and polish at the same time as my checkup. As it is I now need to find time in my work schedule for a repear visit. Other people I know have all this done at the same time as other surgeries.

My experience
Appmt was 30 mins late. No apology or explanation. Pain appmt no treatment given but antibiotics, would only look at one problem. Told to book privately.

A wonderful experience
Had a booked appointment for the hygienist today. I was greeted by two lovely friendly ladies on reception. My appointment was on time and Charlotte and Lauren were fantastic! Both took great care of me and Lauren did an amazing job of removing all of the stains on my teeth. A wonderful experience today, thank you ladies!

My experience
I found the dentist poor at communication, she makes me feel inadequate every time I visit. A more supportive approach would be more productive. No treatment options were explained and I did not feel confident to proceed with treatment at this time.
