My experience
I found the dentist poor at communication, she makes me feel inadequate every time I visit. A more supportive approach would be more productive. No treatment options were explained and I did not feel confident to proceed with treatment at this time.

Very efficient staff and my dentist Anika is so lovely. Also the hygienist put me at ease and made my appointment so much better than previous experiences.

My experience
I attended my check up appointment which I found a total waste of time, money and left me with absolutely no confidence in the dentist practice.
I had expected a check up of my teeth, gums and to check I had no sign of mouth cancer. However, I was only asked if I had any teeth giving me issues, two of which were tapped and x-rayed. I should have said something at the time but was a little taken back. This is the worst experience I ever had!
