My experience this afternoon at the Dentist was great, the two lovely receptionists were friendly and really helpful, and the locum Dentist and nurse couldn’t have been any nicer. I had been slightly dreading my appointment, but it was a pleasure, thank you.

Appointment

My appointment was at 3:30. I didn’t see the dentist till 4 o’clock when I went in. I said to her my appointment was 330 and all she said was sorry we were late. No explanation. She thought I’d gone there to see about my denture I had to remind her that I was there for a six monthly check up. I wasn’t very happy.

My first visit to this dental practice. I saw Aemi Susan Sabu. She was absolutely wonderful. Very professional. She explained in detail everything that I needed to have done. She also put me at ease. I cannot praise her enough. Such a lovely dentist. Thank you Aemi.
