The receptionist is helpful and asked me the right questions and gave really good answers and suggestions to my questions. Without a doubt the best dental receptionist that I have met.
Although I should be entitled to an NHS dentist, this is a private practice, yet I was charged fairly for the emergency appointment I needed. The dentist that treated me ranks as the best that has given me treatment ever.
Though I would benefit financially from NHS pricing, I was really totally impressed by the way this dental practice treats patients.

Excellent quality of service by the hygienist again today - the reason why this isn’t 5 stars is that I feel £93 isn’t good value for money.
I fail to see how this was priced at £75 in 2024 and costs have risen to warrant such an increase.

The best dental experience I’ve had
I saw Vanisha, she was lovely and thorough. I am an anxious patient, especially due to my past experience with dentists and going private but Vanisha asked me questions about my past experience which made me feel heard and made me feel she understood how I felt. She knew I was worried about one of my fillings and she did extra checks on it which really reassured me. She eased my anxiety and I felt she really cared. It was the best dental experience I’ve had and I’m really grateful I had her as my dentist today. Thank you .
