My experience
Pleased to have an appointment same day but was kept waiting almost 25 minutes! The dentist I saw wasn't very friendly or interested. Looking at her screen most of the time. I had to ASK her to look at the problem in my mouth!!! Isn't this what dentists do? She did, & took an x-ray. But I couldn't understand what she was saying to me as was wearing a mask.
Not very friendly.

Absolutely love Imogen she’s the best dentist I’ve had and always makes me feel at ease (bit anxious of dentist after bad experience)
The front desk staff are amazing aswell and a special shout out to the lady who dealt with me today (7/1) she was very friendly and patient with me when I felt like I was going to pass out!!

My experience
I went for a filling. Dentist said I needed a tooth out. She said because of the way I had to lie on the seat it hurt her back. She injected me and then decided to do an x-ray. Tongue swollen. She couldn’t get item in my mouth! Said I needed to go to hospital to have tooth out but would have to pay privately to have an x-ray because the hospital wouldn’t see me without an x-ray.
I really felt that although she was very pleasant, she had no confidence in what she was doing or fully up to speed on computer system. She asked her colleague how to use message system and they couldn’t work it out.
I’ve got to wait for two weeks to hear from her on an answer. I felt very shaky and have had a very painful night.

My experience
Reception was fine. Had to wait nearly 45 minutes to be seen. Dentist did not seem to address my concern of gum sensitivity - I think it’s probably receding gums, try a sensitive toothpaste! Didn’t really look at the area in question. I left feeling I had very little faith in the dentist. No explanation of what she was doing, in fact no real dialogue at all. Very poor service I felt.
