The dentist was very clear and careful
As a new and nervous patient, the staff helped me find my way and wait where I felt safest. The dentist was very clear and careful and explained things fully for me as well as answering any questions. I am very sensitive to noise and vibrations so she took time and allowed me plenty of breaks during the scale and polish, which is usually my least favourite part of a dental checkup, but this time it was easier to cope with because they were very patient and helpful.

First time with the hygienist. Was really nervous but no need to be, Kate was so gentle and avoided using cold suction-device. It was a really pleasant experience & I can see the difference!

Very friendly receptionists and Imogen and dental nurse were brilliant with my mother who has memory issues.
