Met a new dentist today who was very patient and really put me at ease. I hope she stays!

My experience this afternoon at the Dentist was great, the two lovely receptionists were friendly and really helpful, and the locum Dentist and nurse couldn’t have been any nicer. I had been slightly dreading my appointment, but it was a pleasure, thank you.

Appointment

My appointment was at 3:30. I didn’t see the dentist till 4 o’clock when I went in. I said to her my appointment was 330 and all she said was sorry we were late. No explanation. She thought I’d gone there to see about my denture I had to remind her that I was there for a six monthly check up. I wasn’t very happy.

Friendly and professional

Such a lovely practice. We wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Friendly and professional. After years of feeling anxious about visiting the dentist, I've finally found somewhere where I don't feel this anymore. Vanisha is simply fantastic and my boys and I feel very looked after.
