Recent visit
My recent visit to the dentist was ok, the hygienist was very good and made me feel very comfortable. I was very happy with my experience. I wasn't very happy about the price of the services, £85 to have my teeth cleaned. I'm not a private patient. The receptionist wasn't happy I was going to pay in cash as I didn't have my bank card with me. I did pay in cash as that's all I had so they had to accept it.

I can’t thank Imogen and Julie enough for what they do for me as a patient at this practice, factor in the reception staff too who are so diligent at what they do, they are a credit to this company, I’ll be back and never thought I’d say that about the dentist.

Great service
I’m very nervous of dentist but was put at ease and told what was going to happen throughout and checked upon to ensure I was ok. Even upon leaving I was shaking like mad but receptionist was friendly which helped. I was very happy my filling went well with no issues.

Thorough check-up and good customer service
My regular routine check-up today was both on time and very thorough. Alena, together with the help of her dental nurse assistant, was very efficient and helpful, and her thoroughness was much appreciated. The staff on the reception desk were all very pleasant and accommodating in making the arrangements, too. Thank you.
